Ticketing & Programme

Tickets for the Noorderzon 2023 programme are available online via noorderzon.nl/programma.They remain available online until right before a performance starts. So it is possible – when a performance isn’t sold out – to buy a ticket on the spot by phone. Tickets can be purchased via computer, tablet or mobile phone. It is also possible to pay directly online direct via iDEAL (that is via your own bank) or by credit card (Visa and MasterCard). The service fee is €1 per completely fulfilled online transaction for payments via iDEAL and €1.50 for payments by credit card. 

Would you rather have live contact? In De Winkel we are available every day from 1PM till 10PM from 17-27 August. You can go here with all your questions and you can buy tickets or Noorderzon merchandise.

Tickets for Noorderzon 2023 can be purchased online via this website. Tickets remain available online until just before the start of the performance, so - if still available - you can also buy a ticket on the spot online via your telephone.

You can also visit De Winkel in the Noorderplantsoen during the festival. Here you will find tickets, information, merchandise and more.

For the performances of the children's program at De Kleine Beer and the short shows and performances in the containers, tickets can only be purchased at the entrance of the relevant location during the festival on the day itself. These are therefore not available online or at De Winkel.

Noorderzon uses an online ticketing system, which means the tickets are not sent to you by mail: after purchasing your e-tickets you will directly receive them in the inbox of the e-mail address you used to order them. Still didn’t receive them after 24 hours? Then please check your spam box as well as whether your payment has gone through and the e-mail address you have given is right. Ticked all these off and still didn’t receive anything? Please contact us via tickets@noorderzon.nl.

In order to be admitted to a performance, it is required to produce an e-ticket (printed or on your phone). Please set the display of your phone as bright as possible, thus allowing us to scan your ticket more easily. Note: the e-ticket is mailed to you by PDF attachment – the mail itself is not a valid ticket!

The entire Noorderzon program will be on sale from 17 July.

Exception: for the container program and children's program De Kleine Beer you can only buy tickets at the relevant location during the festival on the day itself.

You do not need a ticket for the program at the Apollo, Callisto and De Raaf.

The festival area in the Noorderplantsoen is free accessible, as are concerts at the Apollo, Callisto and De Raaf stages. For most performances in the Noorderplantsoen and Downtown Groningen a ticket is required.

When purchasing a ticket via our website, we ask you if you want to buy an extra ticket for someone who would like to visit a performance, but does not have the financial means. Together with the Quiet Groningen Foundation, we ensure that your ticket ends up in the right place.

During the festival, tickets may become available every day at 1PM for certain (sometimes previously sold out) performances. So keep an eye on our website and social media (@noorderzonnl)! Besides that there is also an exchange board at De Winkel where you can offer and ask for tickets. 

Unfortunately, you cannot return your ticket through us. What you can do is exchange with other visitors! There is an exchange board at de Winkel where you can offer and ask for tickets.

- Access is denied without a valid ticket.
- Per person you can order a maximum of six (6) tickets.
- There is no admission after a show has started, so please be on time.
- Tickets can only be refunded or traded when a performance is cancelled.
- Our programme is – unless otherwise specified – intended for adults.
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- The festival programme, show times and duration are subject to change.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Our performances have unreserved seating: you can choose a place on the spot.
- Please follow our directions on site.

You can bring your pet to the festival site in the Noorderplantsoen, but not into performances. An exception applies to assistance dogs. Please report this in advance when purchasing a ticket via tickets@noorderzon.nl. Water for an assistance dog is therefore always provided.

In the southern part of the park you will find a programme especially for our youngest visitors. Tickets and coins can only be purchased on site at Kassa De Kleine Beer during the festival.

Yes, you can visit all concerts at Apollo, Callisto and De Raaf without a ticket.
