Ticketing info

Tickets for the Noorderzon 2026 programme can be purchased online via noorderzon.nl/programme. Tickets remain available online until right before a performance starts. So it is possible – when a performance isn’t sold out – to buy a ticket via your phone on the spot. Tickets are available via your computer, tablet or mobile phone. Payments can be made directly online via iDEAL (via your own bank) or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Service costs differ: €1 for each completed online transaction via iDEAL and €1.50 for payments by credit card.

E-tickets 
Noorderzon uses an online ticketing system, which means the tickets are not sent to you by mail: after purchasing your e-tickets, you will directly receive them in the inbox of the e-mail address you used to order them. Still didn’t receive them after 24 hours? Then please check your spam box as well as whether your payment has gone through and the e-mail address you have given is right. Ticked all these off and still didn’t receive anything? Please contact us via tickets@noorderzon.nl. You can order a maximum of 6 tickets per person per show.

In order to be admitted to a performance, it is required to produce an e-ticket (printed or on your phone). Please set the display of your phone as bright as possible, thus allowing us to scan your ticket more easily. Note: the e-ticket is mailed to you by PDF attachment – the mail itself is not a valid ticket!

•    Select a performance or show at noorderzon.nl/programme
•    Click on the ‘purchase tickets’ button on the right.
•    This will open a window named ‘shopping cart’.
•    If you do not yet have a username and password, you can create these here.
•    If you would like to purchase more tickets, click on ‘continue shopping’ to return to the programme overview.
•    The tickets you have already selected will remain in your shopping cart.
•    If you decide not to purchase any more tickets, click on ‘Shopping cart’ at the top of the screen to return to the        tickets selected earlier.
•    Then follow the steps for ticket payment.
•    Once you have successfully placed an order, you will always receive a confirmatory email.

De Winkel (The Shop) – tickets, info & more
Prefer live contact? At De Winkel (The Shop), we are happy to welcome you every day from 3 until 10 PM (weekends from 1 PM). Here, all your questions regarding ticketing and Noorderzon merchandise will be addressed. In addition, a lot of fun items created by the Vera Art Division, Boekhandel Riemer, NAIS and Jeanet Metselaar can be purchased here.

Tickets for containers
Ticket sales for the containers have changed this year. A dedicated box office has been set up on the Leliesingel, where visitors can buy tickets directly for all the containers (and all other Noorderzon shows).
On top of that, tickets are now available online for the first time. Shows taking place before 5 PM can be booked in advance of the festival; for the remaining time slots, new tickets become available each festival day via the website, the Noorderzon app, and of course at the box office on the Leliesingel.

Please note: this year, you can no longer buy tickets at the door for the container and children's programme.

Tickets for De Speelweide (children's programme)

Tickets for shows at Grote Beer and Kleine Beer can be bought through this website or at the special box office on the Speelweide. This year, for the first time, you can also buy tickets for the entire programme there.

Tokens

Small shows and hands-on activities are paid for on-site using special tokens. You can buy these tokens at the box office on the Speelweide. For this programme, you pay 1 token per activity. Pin only.

Token packages

1 token costs €4. You can buy loose tokens, or a package of 3 tokens instead. That'll cost you €10 instead of €12 — so you get one token free from us.

Online ticketsale

Tickets will remain available online until just before the start of the performance. If the performance is not sold out, you can also buy a ticket on the spot via your phone.

Give an Encore
If you purchase a ticket via our website, we offer you the option of buying a ticket for those who don’t have the financial means to buy one themselves. Together with the Quiet Groningen Foundation, we shall make sure it will be used well and reaches someone who can really use your support.

We always keep our prices low to make our programme accessible to everyone, but of course we also love rewarding our loyal visitors — for example, when you catch multiple shows and talks by the same artist. Check out all discounts here.
