Louis Pedro, the promising 24-year-old hip-hop talent from Friesland, started rapping at the age of 16. This happened after he ended up in a friends' home studio and got his hands on the microphone.

Since then, Louis Pedro has developed his own unique sound and manages to put on an impressive show with his energetic personality, fast-paced rhymes and slightly engaged lyrics. With his unique live show, Louis Pedro is live experience not to be forgotten!

KATLEGO
KATLEGO is a fresh and bold voice within the Dutch alternative hip-hop scene. Her music is raw, honest and always in motion-just like life itself, which is her biggest inspiration. Everything she sees, hears, thinks and feels finds its way into her lyrics. In doing so, she creates a multifaceted sound that combines influences from hip-hop, soul and electronic music.

Her performances are energetic, compelling and cross-genre. Her shows balance between explosiveness and stillness, with an aftertaste that stays with you.

KATLEGO wants to touch people with her words, energy and story-and with themes like love, freedom, respect and acceptance, she knows how to build bridges between listeners.

Noordstaat is the hub in the North where emerging and starting artists accelerate and develop their talent. We provide coaching, promotion, rehearsal and studio facilities, and connect artists and acts with venues and festivals. Become part of our community and reach your goals. Noordstaat is the organization and artist community through which partners can collaborate to program acts and productions by these artists. Partners can also find educational offerings at Noordstaat, delivered by artists from our pool of instructors.

Hit the North is the premier talent development program for artists in the North of the Netherlands. Participants in Hit the North take part in intensive bootcamps, workshops, and coaching sessions focused on artistic growth and business skills. The goal is for young talents to progress to regional and national stages after completing the program. One of the performances takes place at ESNS and one of the Liberation Festivals in Northern Netherlands.
