Faisel Saro i.s.m. Kunstpunt Groningen​

His work began with researching the location. What happened here in the past, which elements mattered then and which matter now? He then makes drawings where this layering is depicted in the form of so-called 'sociograms'. He derives his philosophical view from Winti, a traditional Surinamese religion. Faisel hopes to inspire people with his work. By showing the stratification of our society and entering into dialogue with each other about this, understanding and connection can be created.
