Ticketing & Programme

Tickets for the Noorderzon 2024 programme are available online at noorderzon.nl/programma.
Tickets remain available online until right before the start of the performance. So if the performance is not sold out, you can also buy a ticket on the spot via your phone. 
 
You can buy tickets via your computer, tablet or mobile phone. You can pay online directly via iDEAL (through your own bank) or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Service costs are €1,- per entire online transaction for payments via iDEAL and €1,50 for payments by credit card. 

Do you prefer live contact? We are ready to help you from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. every day in De Winkel. Here you can ask all your questions and buy tickets and Noorderzon merchandise.

Tickets for Noorderzon 2024 can be bought online via this website (with the exception of part of the children's and container programme). Tickets remain available online until right before the start of the performance, so you can also - if still available - buy a ticket on the spot via your phone.

You can also visit  De Winkel in the Noorderplantsoen during the festival. Here you will find tickets, information, merchandise and more.

For the smaller performances of the children's programme and the short performances in the containers, tickets can only be bought on the day of the festival at the entrance of the relevant location. These are therefore not available online or at The Shop. 

For online ticket sales, Noorderzon works with e-tickets. You will not receive your tickets by post. You will receive your e-tickets immediately after purchase in the inbox of the e-mail address you used to purchase the tickets. Have you not received anything after 24 hours? Check your spam box, make sure the payment was successful and that you entered the correct e-mail address. Are all these things correct and have you still not received anything? Then contact us at tickets@noorderzon.nl.

To gain access to the performance, show your printed e-ticket or show the e-ticket on your phone. In the latter case, please make sure your screen is as bright as possible so that we can scan your ticket properly. Please note: the e-ticket is sent as a PDF attachment - the e-mail itself is not a valid admission ticket! 

Yes! From the 22d of July, the entire Noorderzon programme has gone on sale. 

Exception: for the container programme and the smaller performances and do-things of the children's programme, you can only buy tickets during the festival on the day itself at the relevant location.

For the programme at the Apollo, Callisto and De Raaf you do not need a ticket.

The festival area in the Noorderplantsoen is freely accessible, as are concerts at the Apollo, Callisto and De Raaf stages. For most performances in the Noorderplantsoen and Downtown Groningen a ticket is required.

When purchasing a ticket via our website, we ask you if you want to buy an extra ticket for someone who would like to visit a performance, but does not have the financial means. Together with the Quiet Groningen Foundation, we ensure that your ticket ends up in the right place.

During the festival, tickets may become available every day at 2PM for certain (sometimes previously sold out) performances. So keep an eye on our website and social media (@noorderzonnl)! Additionally, there is also an exchange board at De Winkel where you can offer and ask for tickets.

In the southern part of the park you will find a programme especially for our youngest visitors. Tickets for the performances can be bought via our website. For the smaller performances and do-things, you can only buy a ticket on the spot during the festival in the form of a token, at De Kleine Beer.

Yes, you can visit all concerts at Apollo, Callisto and De Raaf without a ticket.

- No access without a valid ticket
- You can buy a maximum of 6 tickets per person per performance
- There is no admission after a show has started, so please be on time.
- Tickets will not be taken back or exchanged unless the performance has to be cancelled
- Our programme is for adults only, unless otherwise indicated
- Discounts cannot be combined
- The festival programme, performance times and duration are subject to change.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Our performances have unreserved seating: you can choose a place on the spot.
- Please follow our instructions on site.

Your pet may come with you to the festival site in the Noorderplantsoen, but not inside performances. An exception applies to assistance dogs. Please report this in advance when purchasing your ticket via tickets@noorderzon.nl. Water for an assistance dog will always be provided.
